@TheOrangeAlex radioactive mess? as if uranium didn’t exist BEFORE we started mining it. we take uranium out of the ground us it up and whats left isn’t MORE then we pulled out of the ground.

Before citing the awfulness of nuclear waste and how difficult it is to store, consider that we’re at least *able* to capture and store it. Fossil fuels like coal release vast quantities of smoke straight into the atmosphere, while nuclear waste can be packed away where it can’t do any harm.
