		<description>GREAT video series.  My 3x3 cells just arrived in the mail and to my dismay - some have been cracked across them - meaning across the width of 6 inches.  They are pre-tabbed and the tabbing on the top is still holding them together.  Does this mean they should still give out the 1.7 watts if they didn&#039;t have this crack as they are still in one piece?</description>
