Greening Australia SA Solar Panel installation by Green Corps
www.greeningaustralia org.au In February 2009 Greening Australia SA had a solar energy system installed on our native plant nursery roof. This was achieved with the help of a rebate from The Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts Photovaltaic Rebate Programme. The Feral Fighters of the Southern Mt Lofty Ranges Green Corps in team in SA documented the installation. Green Corps is a youth initiative of the Australian Government administered by the Department of Eduaction, Employment and Workplace Relations. Green Corps provides young people, aged between 17-20 years, with the opportunity to participate in projects that conserve, preserve and restore Australia’s natural environment and cultural heritage.
