This is a video of the Passive Solar Heating System in use at www.envirosponsible.com in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. It provides a great deal of heat, and the installer, Chris, will be making it more effecient by adding a second computer fan to push the warm air at the top, painting the inside better and taping the duct work. Also, the duct work will be directed into the office where the door can be closed and used in a smaller air mass. This kind of heater is ideal for urban survival and bugging in, since it requires no power input and is cheap and easy to make. It’s not just for strawbale, cob, cabins, cottages, earth ships or businesses. They can be installed on a home, and they look great when done right. Ragnar Benson would be proud. Visit our site at envirosponsible.com or call us at 905-666-2002.

Get the shirts: bit.ly Facebook: facebook.com Buy a solar panel here: amzn.to For this to work you will need a 6v Solar Panel and a Female USB connector. Solder the USB connector to the negative and positive contact points on the Solar Panel and you are ready to go. It is really that simple. You may not want to leave the phone or Mp3 player plugged in at night because the power may drain out of the phone when no light is present. This is because we did not regulate the current of power. See you soon!

www.WindEnergyGuide.net – Homemade wind turbines – Why Should You Make Your Own wind turbines? Building your own wind turbines is a great way to protect the environment and slash your monthly electricity bill. Contrary to common perception, making wind turbines is very easy and doesn’t require any special skills. The materials you are going to need are metal scissors, sandpaper, an electrical stove, copper leads, copper flashing sheet, etc. You can find these materials at your local hardware store at a very low price. The benefits of having your own residential solar power: 1. Reduce your electricity bill by more than 80%. 2. Create more energy than you use and get paid by your utility company. 3. Help to fight global warming and protect the environment by reducing your carbon footprint. 4. Stop depending on non-renewable energy resources. You can have your own power source and stop caring about power outages. 5. You can go completely off-grid, not affected in the least by rising energy prices. 6. Get tax credits for using green energy. 7. You can have a lot of fun in the process! To build this system you will need to spend 0 – 0 and you can use it to power any appliance in your home: computer, lights, washing machine, fridge. Compared to the cost of installing a pre-made wind turbine, making your own is much more affordable, considering the fact that a ready made one way cost up to 00. It would be better to install the system on your roof so that it can absorb …

In this video I show you a professional solar panel I purchased, and since I only plan to use the solar panel as a temporary solar panel for different projects, I’m going to install some alligator clips on the leads so I can easily hook up the solar panel to devices and unhook it. To complete this simple task, I also wanted to use heat shrink tubing instead of just regular electric tape to hide my connections. This is a very easy project that almost anyone could do, and not with solar panels but with a wide range of devices that use DC connections. For my full video on how to build a solar panel from scratch visit: www.solartechtown.com If you wish to purchase this solar panel, I will be posting the link on my blog at http If you have any questions feel free to visit our forums at Solar Tech Town.
